Ocean Small Finance CRM is an internal business application developed exclusively for authorized employees and sales representatives of Ocean Small Finance, a product of Kessar Capital.
If you wish to permanently delete your account, please follow the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Ocean Small Finance CRM mobile application.
- Login using your registered account.
- Open the Side Menu.
- Select "Delete My Account".

A confirmation popup will appear asking:
"Are you sure you want to delete your account?" - Click "Yes" to confirm.
- Your account will be permanently deleted and you will be automatically logged out of the application.
What Happens After Deleting Your Account?
- Your Ocean Small Finance CRM account will be permanently deleted.
- Your login access to the application will be removed.
- You will no longer be able to sign in using the deleted account.
- Your assigned customer leads, work assignments, and application access will no longer be available.
Data Retention
Personal account information associated with your deleted account will no longer be available for application access.
Certain business records, customer lead history, payment-related records, audit logs, or information required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, accounting, taxation, or other lawful business purposes may be retained for the period required under applicable laws.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once your account has been deleted, you will not be able to recover your account or access the Ocean Small Finance CRM application using the deleted account.
